premium quality uniform available. You may return most new, unused
items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. (This does not
include bespoke uniforms or other uniforms that has been made-to-order
and goods that are unsafe to return due to hygiene reasons.) Return
shipping costs will be your responsibility, although Stonehill will
cover the cost of return shipping if the return is a result of an error
on our part. (If you received an incorrect or defective item).

If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your
order details and we will guide you through the steps. We aim to refund
all returns within 48 hours of receipt. You should allow roughly 4-5
working days for the refund to appear in your account.
