These Terms of Sale set out the terms and conditions under which products are supplied to you as a buyer on www.tajjirbaba.com or via our mobile application (collectively, the “Site”).

TajjirBaba (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is the owner and operator of this Site. Please read these Terms carefully before placing your order. By completing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale immediately.

🛒 1. Order Acceptance

Supplier

Each product in your order is sold either by TajjirBaba or by the seller specified on the Site.

Order Confirmation

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation via email or mobile notification. If we cannot accept your order, you will be notified, and no charge will be applied.

Payment

By placing an order, you authorize TajjirBaba or our payment partner to process payment via:

• Credit/Debit Card

• TajjirBaba Wallet

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – subject to limits

We may update accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
We may cancel orders if:

• Payment is not made on time

• Required information is not provided

• Delivery cannot be completed due to unavailability or address issues

• Bulk or multiple orders violate purchase limits

• Products are out of stock

• COD refunds credited to TajjirBaba Wallet

• Refund processed within 7 days of inspection at fulfillment center

Warranty Coverage

TajjirBaba provides coverage against manufacturing defects for eligible products.

• Warranty starts from the delivery date

• Duration depends on the manufacturer or seller

• Covers repair, replacement, or refund

Authorized Service Centers

• Repairs are carried out by authorized service centers

Warranty Exceptions

Warranty does not cover:

• Unauthorized repairs

• Physical or liquid damage

• Software modifications (root/jailbreak)

• Non-original accessories

• Tampered serial numbers

• Consumable replacements (batteries, bulbs, ink, etc.)

• Misuse or abuse of products

⚖️ 5. Warranties, Representations & Undertakings

By using TajjirBaba:

• You comply with all applicable laws

• You have authority to place orders and make payments

• Business purchases require proper authorization

TajjirBaba services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or uninterrupted service. Warranty claims are your exclusive remedy.

🚨 6. Liability

We are not liable for:

• Fraud or unauthorized use

• Loss of data, profits, or business interruption

• Unauthorized repairs or misuse of products

• Delays, disruptions, or defects beyond our control

Maximum liability is limited to:

• The price paid for the product plus shipping, or

• AED 300 (whichever is lower)

You agree to indemnify TajjirBaba for claims arising from misuse or violation of these Terms.

• Governing Law: Dubai, UAE

• Dispute Resolution:

  • Contact support first via “Need Help?”

  • Unresolved disputes → Arbitration under DIFC-LCIA rules, seat in Dubai, English language

• Third-Party Rights: Only parties to the Terms have enforceable rights

• Relationship of Parties: No partnership or joint venture is created

• Assignment: Cannot assign rights without written consent

• Amendments: TajjirBaba may modify Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance

• Force Majeure: No liability for events beyond control (natural disasters, strikes, regulatory actions)

• Survival: Provisions that naturally survive will remain effective after termination
