If TajjirBaba offers pickup and drop-off services (in serviceable areas), the maximum repair cycle is 25 working days, broken down as:

Repair / servicing 🔧 14 working days
Return delivery to customer 🚚 5 working days

⚠️ Pickup & delivery is an optional service, may be chargeable, and can be discontinued at TajjirBaba’s discretion.


📋 Pickup & Delivery Guidelines

Customers must ensure:

  • 📦 Product is packed securely (preferably in original packaging)

  • 🔌 All required accessories are handed over (charger, battery, cables, etc.)

  • 🏠 Pickup & delivery address matches the claim request

  • 📞 Address changes require customer support approval

TajjirBaba is not responsible for transit damage due to improper packaging.


🔄 Replacement & Refund Decisions

  • If a product cannot be repaired and is under warranty:

❌ Out-of-Warranty Cases

🏬 Uncollected Products

  • If a customer refuses to receive a repaired or processed item:

    • 🗓️ The product will be stored for up to 30 calendar days

    • 🗑️ After this period, the product may be disposed of

    • ❌ No compensation will be provided after disposal


🏷️ Brand & Seller Warranty

  • Device warranties are governed by manufacturer or seller policies

  • Customers must contact authorized service centers directly

  • TajjirBaba does not control spare parts, timelines, or repair quality
